Compensation:
$150,000 - $175,000 yearly
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Lead and empower senior attorneys, associate attorneys, paralegals, and support staff through recruitment, training, motivation, and development to strengthen our legal team.</li><li>
Enhance the firm&rsquo;s credibility and visibility through business development efforts, including organizing and speaking at events such as webinars, media engagements, and community outreach initiatives.</li><li>
Oversee and manage a select caseload of complex cases to maintain your active legal practice and showcase your expertise.</li><li>
Develop and implement financial strategies by monitoring budgets, anticipating industry trends, and making data-driven adjustments to support sustainable growth.</li><li>
Supervise the firm&rsquo;s operations, including setting team structures, instilling company values, and contributing to key strategic business decisions.</li><li>
Continuously assess and improve the firm&rsquo;s performance by evaluating client satisfaction, productivity, and service quality, and recommending impactful improvements.</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Outstanding leadership, relationship building, process improvement, and communication skills are essential</li>
<li>Must be comfortable and well-versed in public speaking, decision-making, and supervising others
</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree and a 3-year law degree from an accredited law school</li>
<li>Admitted to state and local bar associations</li>
</ul><ul><li>10+ years of experience in family immigration law, with proven success in a leadership or legal direction role.</li><li>
Membership in the Georgia Bar is preferred; applicants barred in other states with equivalent experience will be considered.</li><li>
Strong leadership capabilities paired with analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate legal concepts and strategic goals.</li><li>
Empathy and passion for advocating on behalf of clients facing complex immigration challenges.</li><li>
Proficiency in immigration case management systems and technology.</li><li>
Successful completion of a background check, including education, licensure verification, and criminal history, may be required.</li></ul>
