If so, Solar Champs is seeking a versatile Journeyman Electrician or Foreman to join our rapidly growing company. We are based in the vibrant regions of Broward, Palm Beach, and Miami-Dade and are looking for someone who is proficient in handling a wide range of electrical systems, including generators, battery back-up systems, streetlights, low-voltage and high-voltage systems, and switchgears.

Key Responsibilities: 
 
<ul><li>Lead and manage the installation and commissioning of diverse electrical systems, including generators, battery back-ups, streetlights, and both low and high-voltage electrical systems.</li>
<li>Perform high-quality, safe electrical work while ensuring adherence to all building standards and codes.</li>
<li>Collaborate with project managers, teams, and clients to ensure that each installation meets or exceeds customer expectations.</li>
<li>Handle a wide range of tasks, from trenching and running wire to installing switchgears and performing system diagnostics.</li>
<li>Ensure the safe operation of all equipment and tools, following safety protocols and regulations on all jobsites.</li>
<li>Work with the warehouse and project teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and equipment.</li>
<li>Provide leadership and guidance to junior electricians and trainees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.</li>
</ul>Requirements: 
 
<ul><li>Proven experience and expertise in electrical systems, including streetlights, sports field lights, switchgears, and both low and high-voltage systems.</li>
<li>Strong electrical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Solid background in reading and interpreting building plans, blueprints, and manuals to ensure accurate installations.</li>
<li>Ability to work in a variety of environments, from residential homes to large commercial sites.</li>
<li>Strong physical capability to lift at least 50 pounds frequently and work at heights or in extreme conditions.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Minimum of 3+ years of electrical experience required, with a Journeyman Electrical License or State Certified Electrician credentials.</li>
<li>Vocational or technical school training preferred.</li>
<li>Experience working with energy systems, such as Enphase Battery, Tesla Battery, Generac Generators, and EV Charging Stations, is a bonus.</li>
