Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Answer inbound calls to troubleshoot SolarEdge products (including, but not limited to, battery, BUI, Energy Hub and Commercial products)</li><li>
Follow up with customers via phone or email as needed to ensure 100% satisfaction</li><li>
Schedule calls when needed for a better customer experience while remaining organized</li><li>
Attend weekly training&rsquo;s specific to the Subject Matter Expert team</li><li>
Remain up to date on all new issues and trends relating to these product lines</li><li>
Process RMA&rsquo;s for damaged or faulty hardware</li><li>
Maintain open case load to ensure fast response times to customers</li><li>
Solve technical issues with a higher level of permissions on internal software and tools</li><li>
Review and escalate any trends found with our products to the Tier&ndash;II team</li><li>
Enforce standards of high quality, written and verbal communications to our customers</li><li>
SREC and Grid Services</li></ul> 
Requirements:
 
<ul><li>Spanish speaking is required.</li><li>
AA or technical degree or equivalent professional training preferred.</li><li>
Two years&rsquo; experience in a support center (call center) environment, technical helpline and/or remote support services.</li><li>
One year solar industry experience highly preferred, but not required.</li><li>
Experience with solar electric products and National Electric Code (NEC) is helpful.</li><li>
Ability to stay calm and demonstrate effective time management in a high stress environment.</li><li>
Strong typing experience.</li><li>
Exceptional listening and questioning skills.</li><li>
Outstanding verbal and written communications skills.</li><li>
Ability to multitask in a very fast-paced environment.</li></ul> 
FAIR PAY &amp; A JUST WORKPLACE
At SolarEdge, we are committed to fair, transparent pay and we strive to provide competitive, market-informed compensation. The pay range for this position ﻿in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $19 - $23 per hour. It is anticipated that most qualified candidates will fall near the middle of this range. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.
Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at SolarEdge. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. HR Business Partner Duties:<ul><li>
Partner with leadership to drive HR initiatives that support business goals</li><li>
Support workforce planning, recruiting, talent acquisition, and retention strategies</li><li>
Advise on employee relations matters, performance management, and conflict resolution</li><li>
Manage and guide disciplinary actions, ensuring fairness and compliance with policy</li><li>
Oversee training and development programs to enhance employee growth</li><li>
Implement HR policies, compliance measures, and organizational best practices</li><li>
Act as an advocate for company culture, engagement, and diversity initiatives</li><li>
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws/regulations; maintain required records</li><li>
Manage HR-related budgets, including training, events, and HR programs</li></ul>
Office Manager Duties:<ul><li>
Manage office operations, facilities, and vendor relationships</li><li>
Oversee administrative processes to ensure efficiency and organization</li><li>
Support workplace planning, safety protocols, and employee well-being initiatives</li><li>
Coordinate office events, team-building activities, and staff meetings</li><li>
Maintain records, supplies, and oversee contract negotiations for office management</li><li>
Create and manage purchase orders related to the facility and HR department</li><li>
Monitor and manage office and facilities budgets, including supplies and services</li></ul> 

Requirements:
 
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field</li><li>
5+ years of experience in HRBP or office administration, preferably in manufacturing or renewable energy sectors</li><li>
Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, OSHA regulations, and workplace policies</li><li>
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills</li><li>
Ability to balance strategic HR functions with operational office management tasks</li><li>
Proficiency in HR software, office management tools, and administrative systems (ATS, ADP, SAP)</li><li>
Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook)</li><li>
Positive can-do mentality and readiness to support both leadership and employees</li><li>
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and complete them efficiently</li><li>
Up to 20% travel to support multi-site HR needs, training, team events, audits, or other business requirements</li></ul>
