Internship Description:
We&rsquo;re seeking a creative, detail-oriented Video Production Intern to join our Design and Communications Team. This is an exciting opportunity to get hands-on experience in every part of the video production process&mdash;from pre-production and filming to editing and publishing. The ideal candidate is passionate about visual storytelling, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Opportunities for Graphic Design projects as well.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:<ul><li>
Assist with all aspects of video production, including planning, filming, and editing</li><li>
Edit video content for use on social media and websites</li><li>
Photograph events as needed</li><li>
Organize and log footage, manage file storage, and maintain media assets</li><li>
Support creative brainstorming and concept development</li><li>
Research visual trends and recommend fresh content ideas</li><li>
Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and project goals</li></ul> 
Requirements: 
 
Requirements:<ul><li>
Familiar with Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects, Audition, and The Creative Suite a plus)</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and storytelling instincts</li><li>
Ability to take direction and work both independently and in a team</li><li>
Comfortable meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks</li><li>
A portfolio or sample reel is strongly encouraged</li><li>
Academic Majors (if any preferred): Film, Media Production, Design, Communications, or related field</li></ul>

Working Conditions<ul><li>
This position is 20 hours/week</li><li>
This internship is based in the Washington, DC office</li><li>
Interns MUST be in the office on designated team days (3 days a week) and specifically on Wednesdays for cohort touch base.</li></ul>
