Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform structural analysis of structures using STAAD.Pro.</li></ul><ul><li>Conduct finite element analysis (FEA) using ANSYS Workbench for structural components and assemblies.</li></ul><ul><li>Assist in the development and optimization of new products, especially related to loadbearing structures.</li></ul><ul><li>Generate and review design calculations, drawings, and technical documentation.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure all design and development activities comply with ISO 9001:2015 quality management system.</li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including fabrication, project management, and quality.</li></ul><ul><li>Evaluate design performance against applicable codes and standards (e.g., IS, Eurocode, ASCE).</li></ul><ul><li>Participate in design reviews and provide recommendations for design improvement.</li></ul><ul><li>Support testing and validation activities as required.</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain project documentation and design history files as per QMS requirements.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in civil/ Structural Engineering (master&rsquo;s preferred).</li></ul><ul><li>2&ndash;3 years of experience in structural design and FEA, enthusiastic freshers may apply.</li></ul><ul><li>Proficiency in STAAD.Pro and ANSYS Workbench.</li></ul><ul><li>Familiarity with other CAD/CAE tools like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Inventor is an added advantage.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals, structural mechanics, and material behaviour.</li></ul><ul><li>Knowledge of national and international design codes and standards.</li></ul><ul><li>Good written and verbal communication skills.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, FresherPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
