Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Generalist located in Islamabad. The Marketing Generalist will be responsible for executing a wide range of marketing activities, including digital campaigns, content creation, SEO, social media management, and brand development, to support business growth and visibility.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan, execute, and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.</li><li>Manage and grow the company&rsquo;s social media presence through engaging and consistent content.</li><li>Plan, shoot, and coordinate testimonial videos and other marketing content.</li><li>Update and maintain the company website to ensure accuracy and relevance.</li><li>Design marketing creatives, graphics, and other promotional material.</li><li>Implement SEO strategies to improve website ranking and visibility.</li><li>Manage and oversee marketing boards and branding at customer sites.</li><li>Perform other marketing-related tasks as assigned by the line manager, aligned with the role&rsquo;s scope.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Media, or a related field.</li><li>2&ndash;3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing and content creation.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and social media management.</li><li>Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar applications.</li><li>Strong creative mindset with excellent communication and coordination skills.</li><li>Solid content creation and videography skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Islamabad: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
