Department: Sales Operations Reports To: Line Manager Location: Remote Contract Type: Contractor Salary: 200 GBPRole Purpose The CRM Manager is responsible for the overall governance, administration, and optimisation of SolarTech&rsquo;s CRM systems. This includes ensuring data integrity, SLA compliance, automation performance, reporting accuracy, and seamless integration with Microsoft 365.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>System Governance &amp; Administration</li></ul>Manage daily CRM operations, roles/permissions, compliance (GDPR/audits), lead assignments, and SLA escalations.<ul><li>Data Integrity &amp; Hygiene</li></ul>Run monthly audits; ensure data accuracy, completeness, no duplicates, mandatory fields, and user compliance; oversee fair tracking.<ul><li>Issue Management &amp; Escalation</li></ul>Maintain issue log, track SLA breaches/automation failures, escalate per SOP, and coordinate with CRM vendors.<ul><li>Reporting &amp; Analytics</li></ul>Prep weekly performance inputs; handle monthly exports, dashboard updates, and flag risks/pipeline/automation issues.<ul><li>Automation &amp; Continuous Improvement</li></ul>Monitor/refine automations (assignments/reminders/trackers); test/deploy workflows; recommend improvements from trends/audits.<ul><li>Collaboration &amp; Support</li></ul>Assist Marketing/Sales with queries/training/compliance; handle audit comms; liaise with Sales/IT/vendors.Skills &amp; Competencies <ul><li>Strong knowledge of CRM systems.</li><li>Microsoft 365 expertise.</li><li>Data governance, GDPR, and compliance awareness.</li><li>Strong analytical and reporting skills (BI dashboards, Excel, Power BI).</li><li>Problem-solving and escalation management.</li><li>Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience <ul><li>Proven experience in CRM management, sales operations, or IT systems administration.</li><li>Track record of implementing CRM workflows and automation.</li><li>Experience in B2B sales environments.</li><li>Familiarity with SLA monitoring, audit processes, and performance reporting.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
