 Project Manager
 
 to join our team in London, UK.

 During the trial period (2-months), you'll be located in our office in Istanbul, T&uuml;rkiye.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Main Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Contract &amp; Stakeholder Management
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Serve as the main point of contact between the client and internal project team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Understand and manage project delivery in accordance with FIDIC-based EPC contracts and CfD regulations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure effective communication, coordination, and reporting across all parties.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 Project Planning &amp; Execution
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead the planning, scheduling, and coordination of PV EPC projects in compliance with contracts, technical specifications, and quality standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow project scope, goals, and deliverables in coordination with the client and internal stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop detailed project plans and resource allocation.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 Schedule Control &amp; Delivery
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage project resources, schedules, and budgets to ensure on-time and on-quality delivery in line with CfD milestones.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track progress against milestones and contractual obligations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and mitigate risks, delays, and issues affecting delivery.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 Compliance Management
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage project contracts, change orders, and claims in line with FIDIC or similar frameworks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with HSE, ESG, and local regulatory requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee subcontractor performance and adherence to quality and safety standards.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 Quality, HSE &amp; Reporting
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Work with QHSE, Technical and other functions and other internal parties to ensure all works are performed according to design, quality, and safety requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 When needed conduct and lead site meetings, inspections, and audits.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare periodic progress reports and management summaries.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Your profile:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Strong English language skills (verbal and written).
 </li>
 <li>
 At least 3 years of experience in
 
 PV EPC project management
 
 or similar roles (Senior Project Engineer / Project Coordinator) in EU or UK (
 
 mandatory
 
 ).
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid understanding of the
 
 PV project lifecycle
 
 and EPC delivery processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic knowledge of the
 
 CfD scheme
 
 and its impact on project milestones and execution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working with
 
 FIDIC-based or similar EPC contracts
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong skills in
 
 planning, scheduling, coordination
 
 , and stakeholder management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with
 
 HSE/ESG requirements
 
 and subcontractor oversight.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactive, organized, and able to manage risks, deadlines, and reporting effectively.
 </li>
