We are a growing manufacturing studio working with Indian and international clients in the fashion accessories space. We&rsquo;re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Export &amp; Operations Executive to take ownership of export documentation, vendor coordination, and operational support.This role is critical to our day-to-day functioning and future growth.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Handle export documentation (Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, HS Codes, COOs, courier paperwork)</li><li>Coordinate with freight forwarders, couriers, and customs agents</li><li>Prepare invoice data and documentation for our CA (GST / exports)</li><li>Maintain and organize vendor &amp; material records (costs, MOQs, lead times)</li><li>Handle daily calls from vendors and service providers (Hindi required)</li><li>Support office operations and reduce management workload</li><li>What We&rsquo;re Looking For</li><li>1&ndash;2 years experience in exports / logistics / operations / back-office roles</li><li>Prior experience with documentation and follow-ups</li><li>Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills</li><li>Comfortable handling frequent phone calls</li><li>Hindi &amp; English required</li><li>Organized, reliable, and able to work independently</li></ul>This is not a fresher role.Work Details<ul><li>Location: Noida (office-based)</li><li>Schedule: 5 working days per week</li><li>Working days: Tuesday to Saturday</li><li>Weekly offs: Sunday &amp; Monday</li><li>Salary: ₹30,000 &ndash; ₹35,000 per month</li><li>Growth potential into Export Manager / Operations role</li><li>How to Apply</li></ul>Please share:<ul><li>Your CV</li><li>A short note describing your experience with exports, documentation, or operations</li></ul>Only candidates with prior experience should apply.Applications without relevant experience may not be consideredJob Type: Full-timePay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Wholesale Export / Import Documentation: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
