 A strategic, hands-on
 
 Marketing Manager
 
 with a strong passion for consumer insight, portfolio growth, and commercial impact in FMCG. You turn insights, analytical skills into action, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver measurable results.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Build and execute brand strategy and multi-year growth roadmap.
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate market/consumer insights into product, comms, and channel plans.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead portfolio management (pricing, pack architecture, formats).
 </li>
 <li>
 Own A&amp;P budgeting and contribute to brand P&amp;L measure and optimize ROI.
 </li>
 <li>
 Orchestrate 360&deg; communication (creative + media) with agencies; optimize performance across TV/digital/social/Influencer/BTL.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with Sales &amp; Trade Marketing on channel growth, in-store activations and activation plans.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coach ABMs/MTs; align internal and external stakeholders (R&amp;D, Supply, Finance, procurement, research, agencies).
 </li>
 <li>
 Track KPIs (market share, volume, revenue, profitability, MMM/ROAS, brand health ) and run continuous improvement.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 10+ years in marketing with team management experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent command of English; strong communication and stakeholder leadership.
 </li>
 <li>
 Commercial acumen (pricing, promo economics, channel dynamics, profitability).
 </li>
 <li>
 Analytical mindset; advanced planning &amp; organizational skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Passion for marketing with can do attitude.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience leading agencies/research partners and cross-functional teams; coaching/people leadership.

 JOB DESCRIPTION
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 To achieve the company's sales, cost, and profitability targets for the customers for whom they are responsible (Migros, Carrefour, BTT, Metro).
 </li>
 <li>
 To ensure that customers have the ideal product list and launch new products, and to support the existing product list with maximum activity within the available budget.
 </li>
 <li>
 To sign annual trade framework agreements with customers on behalf of the company and monitor their performance. To monitor quarterly and monthly activity plans, as well as special periods and activities such as holidays and back-to-school.
 </li>
 <li>
 To conduct regular purchasing meetings and maintain regular communication with customers through mutual business summaries.
 </li>
 <li>
 To plan activities to improve product shelf and aisle share and positioning.
 </li>
 <li>
 To develop a diverse perspective to evaluate market and customer opportunity areas.
 </li>
 <li>
 To ensure communication and information flow with other departments within the company (Logistics, Trade Marketing, Marketing, Finance).
