</div><div>We are seeking a dependable and experienced <b>Seasonal Accessories Tech </b>to fabricate and assemble structures using HDPE pipes and sheets, including measuring, cutting, and welding (plastic) materials, while adhering to specifications, quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.</div>
<div>This is a <b>temporary/seasonal </b>position beginning on or around April 1 and lasting no longer than 6 months with employment based on production needs.</div>

<i>Key Responsibilities:</i><br>
</div><ul><li>Set up, operate, and maintain machinery according to established procedures and guidelines.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure smooth operation and prevent downtime.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Monitor machines during operation to detect any malfunctions or defects.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Troubleshoot issues and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality and machine efficiency.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Keep accurate records of machine operations and maintenance activities.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ability to pivot and carry out whatever duties are required on and off the production floor</li></ul><div><br>

<i>Qualifications:</i><br>
</div><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing or production environment.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Basic computer skills for recording data and communicating with team members.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Commitment to safety and following established procedures and guidelines.</li></ul>

<i>Preferred Qualifications:</i><br>
</div><ul><li>Vocational or technical training in machine operation or a related field.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Experience operating specific types of machinery relevant to our industry.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Certification or training in safety procedures and protocols</li></ul>
<ul><li>Construction or building background</li></ul>
