Statutory Compliance &amp; Governance<ul><li>Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, SEBI, FEMA, and other applicable</li></ul>corporate laws and regulatory frameworks.<ul><li>Manage and maintain statutory records, registers, and filings for the company and its</li></ul>subsidiaries.<ul><li>Coordinate and conduct board meetings, general meetings, and committee meetings,</li></ul>including drafting agendas, minutes, and resolutions.<ul><li>Monitor changes in relevant legislation and regulatory environment and ensure timely</li></ul>updates and adaptations.ROC Filings &amp; Corporate Documentation<ul><li>Prepare and file all necessary forms and returns with the Registrar of Companies (ROC)</li></ul>and other authorities.<ul><li>Draft, review, and vet legal agreements, board resolutions, MOAs/AOAs, shareholder</li></ul>agreements, and other company documents.<ul><li>Ensure proper maintenance of statutory books and company records.</li></ul>Legal Support &amp; Risk Mitigation<ul><li>Support contract management and provide legal input on corporate transactions,</li></ul>mergers, acquisitions, and investments.<ul><li>Ensure risk mitigation by maintaining regulatory hygiene and liaising with legal advisors</li></ul>as needed.<ul><li>Lead internal governance processes and compliance audits in coordination with legal</li></ul>and finance teams.Secretarial Support to Group Entities<ul><li>Oversee compliance and corporate governance of group companies, SPVs, and</li></ul>overseas entities (if applicable).<ul><li>Align secretarial practices across business verticals (EPC, IPP, Manufacturing).</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
