The Role<br>
Your role as a UI Designer will be to contribute to the team&rsquo;s User Interface work. You will participate in global product design projects, throughout the entire product development life cycle. This is a role open to designers that have 5 years or more of professional experience.</div><div></div><div><br>
What You&rsquo;ll Do</div><ul><li>
Participate in the entire design process of your products, from problem discovery to solution space, and drive low to moderate-complexity projects with the collaboration of the rest of the team.</li><li>
Create cross-device interaction and UI designs and design specifications for desktop, tablet and mobile.</li><li>
Create realistic flows, prototypes and product concepts with Figma.</li><li>
Keep a systemic view, making sure that the UI components and screens designed fit perfectly both in specific products and in our Design System.</li><li>
Help to grow and maintain our Design System along with the rest of the team.</li><li>
Liaise with developers and product managers to deliver our products maintaining our high-quality standards.</li><li>
Participate in user research activities to get a deep understanding of our customers and their needs.</li><li>
Contribute to the definition of Solera&rsquo;s UX methodologies, liaising with the rest of the team.</li><li>
This role may from time to time require some overlap with US and European working hours.</li></ul><div></div><div><br>
What You&rsquo;ll Bring</div><ul><li>
5 or more years of experience as a Product Designer.</li><li>
Demonstrable expertise with at least one AI assisted design tool like Figma Make, v0, Subframe, etc.</li><li>
Solid mobile app expertise will make you stand out.</li><li>
Digital portfolio that must demonstrate a high level of proficiency in how you work and what you have accomplished.</li><li>
Excellent communication and presentation skills using English</li><li>
Ability to work within the boundaries of the established Design system, but also able to define the UI design of a component/element from scratch, with the support of the rest of the team.</li><li>
Good collaboration and communication skills to liaise with other teams, and to explain your process and your design decisions. As a product designer you&rsquo;ll need to work with many different stakeholders: business, product, developers&hellip;</li><li>

Role:<br>
Solera is undertaking a multi-year project to migrate our global AX 2012 instance to D365 F&amp;O. We are looking for experienced candidates to execute this direction and maintain the legacy implemnetation during the transition. The Sr Dynamics Developer is responsible for playing a significant role in designing, developing, implementing, testing, and supporting the complete Dynamics Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) environment. The Sr Dynamics Developer implements strategies and best practices for accomplishing viable automated solutions for complex business processes.</div><div></div><div>
Responsibilities:</div><div>
Design, develop, and implement custom applications and modules within Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.</div><div>
Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.</div><div>
Write and maintain clean, scalable, and efficient code using X++, C#, and other relevant technologies.</div><div>
Customize existing modules and create new functionalities to enhance system performance and user experience.</div><div>
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365 FO, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.</div><div>

Minimum of [5] years of experience in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and AX 2012 development.</div><div>
Strong proficiency in X++, C#, .NET, and related technologies.</div><div>
Experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based solutions is a plus.</div><div>
Familiarity with the finance modules within Dynamics 365 and AX 2012</div><div>
Knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps practices.</div><div>
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.</div><div>
Strong English communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.</div><div>
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.<br>

Lead and participate FinOps initiatives, developments, and key objectives.</div></li><li><div>
Document and maintain FinOps internal processes and contribute to process improvements, system mapping, and assist with implementing change management.</div></li><li><div>
Leading system improvements, enhancements, and special projects that relate to PO, AP, GL, FA, and AR.</div></li><li><div>
