QA Tester &ndash; Manual TestingPosition Overview :We are seeking a QA Tester (Manual) to ensure our products meet the higheststandards of quality and reliability. The QA Tester will focus on functional and regressiontesting across our AMS, LMS, and membership platforms, working closely with ProductOwners, Scrum Masters, and Developers.Core Responsibilities* Perform manual functional testing of web and mobile applications.* Execute and maintain test cases, test plans, and test scenarios based onrequirements.* Validate bug fixes, track issues in the bug tracking system (e.g., Jira), andensure resolution.* Conduct regression testing to ensure existing functionality remains stable.* Collaborate with developers and product owners to clarify requirements andacceptance criteria.* Ensure defects are reported clearly with steps to reproduce and impact analysis.* Participate in sprint ceremonies (planning, review, retrospective) to align testingwith delivery timelines.* Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with clients and stakeholders.Performance Metrics (KPIs)* Defect Detection Rate: &ge; 95% of critical issues identified before release.* Defect Leakage: &le; 5% of high-severity issues reported post-release.* Test Coverage: &ge; 90% of functional requirements validated per sprint.* Bug Closure Rate: &ge; 90% of reported bugs resolved within committed sprint.Qualifications Required* 2&ndash;4 years of experience in manual QA testing for SaaS or enterprise platforms.* Strong understanding of functional, regression, and exploratory testing.* Hands-on experience with bug tracking tools (Jira, Trello, or similar)Shift Timings : 6:30 pm to 3:30 amWork Mode : Hybrid ModelCompany Name : Solid Sytems Global, HBR layout, BangaloreInterview Rounds : 2 Virtual Rounds.Job Type : Contract Job of one year ( May gets Extendable based on the Performance).Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / TemporaryPay: &#8377;400,000.00 - &#8377;650,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
