We offer consulting services in regulations such as SEBI &amp; RBI Regulations, Corporate Law, and Exchange Control Regulations. You will work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex compliance issues from strategy to execution. You are expected to have a keen interest in researching thoroughly first to present the best solutions to the team.For this role, we&rsquo;re looking for a qualified CS with 5-8 years of experiencePersonal attributes and experience:<ul><li>Should have completed the mandatory CS Training of 15 / 21 / 24 months (as applicable)</li></ul><ul><li>Sound knowledge of Companies Act, 2013, MCA / RoC filings. Knowledge of SEBI and RBI Regulations and Compliances will be an added advantage.</li></ul><ul><li>MS - Office tools (especially Word, Excel, and PPT)</li></ul><ul><li>Good drafting skills.</li></ul><ul><li>Should have zeal to learn and passion to excel in the responsibilities assigned.</li></ul><ul><li>Have a clear understanding of the client&rsquo;s requirements</li></ul><ul><li>Research oriented</li></ul><ul><li>Out-of-the-box solutions leading to resolving problems and achieving specific goals</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to meet deadlines</li></ul><ul><li>Good communication skills</li></ul><ul><li>Positive attitude, Strong interpersonal skills, and a team player</li></ul>Qualifications Required:Qualified CS with at least 5 years of experience.
