As a Sales Associate, you'll work directly with customers, showcasing the newest AT&amp;T products, and learn how to provide top-tier service and technology solutions.As the Sales Associate, you will work with customers focusing on their wireless devices and highlighting how we can best assist them. The majority of your day will be spent working with customers directly, presenting wireless devices to them, answering their questions and assisting with sales. As the Sales Associate you will be providing the highest level of integrity and professionalism of our company and products. The Sales Associate plays a vital role in driving customer engagement and contributing to the growth of our company.Responsibilities of the Sales Associate:<ul><li>The Sales Associate will connect with customers to educate them on AT&amp;T's services and promotions available to them</li><li>Learn how to sell effectively using our proven systems and sales platforms with provided training</li><li>Complete sales orders of AT&amp;T&rsquo;s products and services and manage accounts with detail</li><li>Handle customer inquiries, provide solutions, and build lasting relationships</li><li>Responsibilities will include documenting customer feedback and updating internal systems</li><li>Troubleshoot issues and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction</li><li>Keep up with product updates so every Sales Associate is knowledgeable and confident in the field</li></ul>Sales Associate Qualifications:<ul><li>A positive, professional attitude and strong work ethic</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>The ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment</li><li>A desire to learn and grow</li><li>Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus but not required</li></ul>Apply today and take the first step toward a rewarding future in sales with Solomark.Job Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
