We are currently seeking a Medical Assistant (MA) to join our growing practice.Position Overview: The ideal candidate is a dependable, motivated team player with strong multitasking skills and the ability to support both clinical and clerical operations in a dynamic medical setting.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet and check in patients in a friendly, professional manner</li><li>Room patients and prepare them for provider visits</li><li>Take and record vital signs accurately</li><li>Perform EKGs and lab draws as needed</li><li>Assist providers during patient care</li><li>Document accurately in electronic health records (EHR); eClinicalWorks (eCW) experience is a plus</li><li>Relay medical information to patients as directed by the provider</li><li>Answer phone calls and route messages appropriately</li><li>Schedule patient appointments</li><li>Deliver excellent customer service</li><li>Support additional clinic tasks as needed</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Previous MA experience in a medical office or clinical setting REQUIRED</li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to multitask in a clinical setting</li><li>Prior experience with EHR systems preferred (especially eCW)</li><li>Must be dependable and punctual</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time or Part-timeWork Remotely<ul><li>No</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hourExpected hours: 30 &ndash; 40 per weekSchedule:<ul><li>Monday to Friday</li></ul>Work Location: In personJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hourWork Location: In person
