Job Title: Solar Warehouse ManagerCompany: Soltrac PowerLocation: Mahanagar Extension, LucknowJob Type: Full-TimeSalary Range: ₹20,000 &ndash; ₹30,000 per monthExperience (Mandatory):2&ndash;3 years of hands-on experience in solar warehouse / inventory management.Qualification:Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Store Management, or related field (preferred).Role OverviewThe Solar Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing the solar warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, safe material handling, and timely issuance of materials for project sites. The role requires strong knowledge of solar components and disciplined record-keeping.Key Roles &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Warehouse &amp; Inventory Management</li><li>Manage day-to-day operations of the solar warehouse.</li><li>Maintain accurate inventory of solar modules, inverters, structures, cables, and BOS items.</li><li>Conduct regular stock verification and reconciliation.</li></ul>Material Inward &amp; Outward<ul><li>Ensure proper inward entry of materials with quantity and quality checks.</li><li>Issue materials to sites as per approved requisitions.</li><li>Maintain inward/outward registers and digital records.</li></ul>Coordination &amp; Logistics<ul><li>Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for timely material availability.</li><li>Plan dispatches to project sites and ensure safe transportation.</li><li>Track material movement and ensure minimal losses or damages.</li></ul>Documentation &amp; Records<ul><li>Maintain GRNs, material issue slips, stock registers, and inventory reports.</li><li>Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and storage of materials.</li><li>Support audits and internal checks with accurate data.</li></ul>Quality &amp; Safety<ul><li>Ensure proper handling and storage of sensitive solar equipment.</li><li>Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety standards, and compliance norms.</li></ul>Skills Required<ul><li>Strong knowledge of solar materials and inventory processes.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel and basic inventory software.</li><li>Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.</li><li>Responsible and process-driven mindset.</li></ul>Office Timing: 10:00 AM &ndash; 6:30 PMWeekly Off: SundayJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid sick time</li></ul>Work Location: In person
