The ideal candidate will have strong driving skills, attention to detail, and experience in construction and interior fit-out projects.Job DescriptionThe Accountant will manage financial operations, maintain records, prepare reports, tax management and ensure compliance with regulations.<ul><li>Maintains accounting records.</li><li>Performing all accounting process from data gathering to ledger posting.</li><li>Bank Reconciliation on monthly basis.</li><li>Managing/Reviewing aging of accounts receivable and accounts payable</li><li>Coordinate with finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines.</li><li>Assisting the Finance Manager for the Budgets &amp; MIS.</li><li>Prepare accurate reports on all the financial closing statements of the company</li><li>Assisting in Audit preparation and queries.</li><li>Records Management of Vouchers, Bills etc.</li><li>Assisting in preparations of prepayments and accruals.</li><li>Other general accounting duties as assigned.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or related field</li><li>Experience-3-5 in accounting</li><li>should know Tally ERP 9</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Good communication skills, written and verbal (English) and (Arabic)</li><li>Good organization skills and multi-tasker.</li></ul>Salary will be discussed during the interviewPay: AED2,975.26 - AED10,132.19 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>How much your expected salary?</li><li>You can start immediately?</li><li>Visa Status?</li></ul>Work Location: In person

The ideal candidate will have strong driving skills, attention to detail, and experience in construction and interior fit-out projects.Roles and responsibilities:<ul><li>Planning, organizing, and executing project plans.</li><li>Help coordinate communication between project teams and stakeholders.</li><li>Ensure deadlines are met and tasks are completed according to project schedules</li><li>Maintain project-related documentation</li><li>Monitor project progress and provide updates to the Head of Projects Team</li><li>Assist in resolving issues or conflicts that arise during the project cycle.</li><li>Ensure project work aligns with quality standards and specifications.</li><li>Provide general administrative support to the Head of Projects Team</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>A Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a similar degree.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication for interacting with team members, clients, and stakeholders.</li><li>Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and stay organized.</li><li>Accuracy in documentation, schedules, and reports.</li><li>Ability to manage schedules and meet deadlines.</li><li>Ability to think critically and help resolve issues quickly.</li><li>Prior experience in project coordination, administration, or management support.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).</li><li>Skills to interact with stakeholders and clients in a professional manner.</li></ul>Work Location: In person
