The ideal candidate should be motivated, target-driven, and capable of building long-term client relationships.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Generate business through online bidding portals such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and Guru</li><li>Write customized and persuasive proposals to acquire new clients</li><li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT services (Web Development, Digital Marketing, SEO)</li><li>Collaborate with the technical team to deliver solutions as per client requirements</li><li>Maintain and expand client relationships for repeat and referral business</li><li>Meet sales targets and contribute to overall business growth</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 4-5 years of proven experience as an Online Bidder / Business Development Executive</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Ability to craft tailored proposals and negotiate effectively with clients</li><li>Familiarity with IT services including web development, SEO, and digital marketing</li><li>Goal-oriented with strong problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and in a team</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience with lead generation and client acquisition in the IT domain</li><li>Knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting</li><li>Strong presentation and interpersonal skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;70,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
