Our approach emphasizes helping clients build fulfilling connections with themselves and others, fostering a sense of aliveness and joy in every individual, regardless of age or background.</li></ul>WE ARE LOOKING FOR A GROUP FACILITATOR FOR WEDNESDAY AND FRIDAY EVES (6-9) TO RUN GROUPS AND THIS TIME INCLUDES DOCUMENTATION. WE PREFER A LICENSED APPLICANT. (LICSW, LMHC, LCSW). HOWEVER MASTER&quot;S IS SUFFICIENT.HOURS: APPROX SIX HOURS PER WEEK<ul><li>Group Facilitator at Resilience Behavioral Health will play an essential role in supporting clients through their recovery journey in a therapeutic group setting.</li><li>As a Group Facilitator, you&rsquo;ll have the opportunity to guide and inspire clients on their journey to recovery, helping them build resilience, find community, and achieve their personal goals.</li><li>Facilitating structured therapeutic group sessions focused on trauma recovery, addiction, emotional regulation, and coping skills</li><li>Implementing trauma-focused and evidence-based interventions within the group setting</li><li>Creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable sharing and participating</li><li>Collaborating with the treatment team to ensure group sessions align with individualized treatment goals and support overall client progress</li><li>Observing and documenting client participation and progress, providing insights to the clinical team to inform ongoing treatment planning</li><li>Supporting clients in building healthy coping mechanisms, fostering resilience, and reinforcing skills gained in individual therapy</li><li>Experience in facilitating therapeutic groups and implementing trauma-focused interventions</li><li>Understanding of addiction, co-occurring disorders, and trauma-informed care approaches</li><li>Knowledge of mental health and counseling techniques, with an emphasis on group therapy</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage clients and build trust</li><li>Ability to create a welcoming and safe environment, fostering a sense of community and support within the group</li><li>Master&rsquo;s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field. (Licensed Preferred)</li><li>Relevant certifications in group therapy, trauma-focused therapy, or addiction counseling are a plus</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: $200.00 per dayWork Location: In person
