Solvd is hiring a <b>Senior Technical Recruiter, AI/ML (US)</b> to build and close pipelines for senior AI talent in competitive markets. This is a sourcing-led role for someone with deep ties in the US AI community and a track record of hiring experienced AI engineers and scientists through credibility, speed, and strong candidate engagement.</p><p>
You&rsquo;ll partner with AI leadership and delivery teams to define hiring profiles, run end-to-end searches, and consistently close top talent through community-driven sourcing and targeted outreach.</p><p></p><p>
What you&rsquo;ll do</p><ul><li><div>
Own full-cycle recruiting for<b> senior AI roles across IC and leadership levels, from Senior/Staff to Director (e.g., AI Solution Architects, Applied Science leads, Directors of AI Solutions).</b></div></li><li><div>
Build high-signal pipelines via AI communities, referrals, open-source networks, and targeted passive sourcing</div></li><li><div>
Lead intake and calibration with hiring managers to align on scorecards, evaluation signals, and closing strategy</div></li><li><div>
Create role-specific sourcing plans (persona, target orgs, channels, messaging) and iterate outreach based on response data</div></li><li><div>
Run technically credible screens and guide candidates through interviews with fast feedback loops and strong candidate prep</div></li><li><div>
Own offer strategy and closing, including compensation alignment and competing offer navigation</div></li><li><div>
Track funnel health and recruiting metrics (pipeline coverage, conversions, time-to-submit/time-to-hire) and improve the motion over time</div></li></ul><p></p><p>
