Job Description 
We are looking for experienced Odoo Developers to join our team on a contract basis for 3&ndash;6 months, with the possibility of conversion to a permanent role based on performance and business needs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Odoo development, customization, and integration, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable business solutions. 
<ul><li>Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules as per business requirements</li><li>
Analyze business processes and translate them into effective Odoo solutions</li><li>
Perform Odoo backend development using Python and PostgreSQL</li><li>
Customize Odoo views, workflows, reports, and security rules</li><li>
Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and APIs</li><li>
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues</li><li>
Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and best practices</li><li>
Provide technical support during deployment and post-implementation</li><li>
Collaborate with functional consultants, QA, and stakeholders</li></ul> 
Qualifications<ul><li> 
5+ years of hands-on experience in Odoo development</li><li>
Strong proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, and Odoo ORM</li><li>
Experience with Odoo versions (v12 and above preferred)</li><li>
Good knowledge of Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.</li><li>
Experience in XML, JavaScript, and QWeb reports</li><li>
Familiarity with REST APIs and third-party integrations</li><li>
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills</li><li>
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines</li></ul>
