We are not just building structures, we are building trust and long term relationships with our clients.Our work environment includes:<ul><li>Growth opportunities</li><li>On-the-job training</li><li>Safe work environment</li></ul>Responsibilities:- Perform various skilled labor tasks as assigned- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment- Assist with the setup and cleanup of job sites- Operate and maintain tools and equipment properly- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently- Perform basic framing, plumbing, electrical, or other trade-related tasks as needed- Maintain a clean and organized work areaSkills:-Experience in excavation-Experience in framing- Proficient in using a variety of hand and power tools- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately- Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues that may arise- Ability to work independently or as part of a team- Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods of time- Basic knowledge of construction techniques and materials- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors*We are looking for someone with experience in excavation and framing!*Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
