POSITION OBJECTIVE: 
 
This position is responsible for assisting with the design and execution of engaging content that tells a brand and product story that elicits an emotional response from our current and future customers. This position will support the development of thought-out strategic creative solutions to meet all project and marketing objectives. This position will support brand creative integrity through all Omni channels. 
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 
 
<ul><li>Supports execution of the creative process from concept to completion for all channels.</li></ul>
 
<ul><li>Ensures brands individuality and standards in assets and collateral.</li></ul>
 
<ul><li>Adheres to the production schedule, PLC timelines and deliverables</li></ul>
 
<ul><li>Works collaboratively with cross functional partners to ensure that all design solutions meet deadlines and objectives.</li></ul>
 
<ul><li>Assist the Creative Team with presentations.</li></ul>
 
<ul><li>Stays current on fashion, style, design, popular culture and social trends in the competitive landscape.</li></ul>
 
<ul><li>May develop graphics and layouts for all marketing channels and collateral.</li></ul>
 
<ul><li>May produce and optimize final digital artwork.</li></ul>
 
<ul><li>May create digital templates.</li></ul>
 
<ul><li>May manage the image library and assist with retouching markups across all channels.</li></ul>
 
<ul><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>
QUALIFICATIONS: 
 
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required; preferably in a Graphic or Fine Arts field</li></ul>
 
<ul><li>3+ years&rsquo; experience in graphic design</li></ul>
 
<ul><li>MAC proficiency including Adobe Suites and Microsoft Office</li></ul>
 
<ul><li>Knowledge of print and digital design and production skills</li></ul>
 
<ul><li>Knowledge of best practices relating to responsive design, front end web development; including HTML. CSS, Java Script, Flash and Bootstrap</li></ul>
 
<ul><li>Motion graphics and video editing a plus</li></ul>
 
<ul><li>Knowledge of web image optimization best practices a plus</li></ul>
 
<ul><li>Must be highly organized and detail oriented</li></ul>
 
<ul><li>Strong time management, interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask</li></ul>
 
<ul><li>Positive team player with ability to collaborate</li></ul>
The wage range for this position is $58,500 to $76,000. Successful candidates&rsquo; wage rates will be determined based on their individual qualifications for the position.

POSITION OBJECTIVE: 
 
This position is responsible for assisting with the creation and developing product for assigned category or categories from start to finish, as well as support the design team to execute the seasonal concept direction, line plan style development, adhering to margin requirements, and timely completion of product. 
 
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 
 
<ul><li>Assists design team in creating the product collections at the beginning of each season.</li></ul>
 
<ul><li>Prepares development creative packages under direction of the senior designer and/or designer.</li></ul>
 
<ul><li>Assists in managing multiple seasons at different stages of development, while understanding the development calendar and ensuring teams are adhering to the T&amp;A.</li></ul>
 
<ul><li>Prepares design tech packs.</li></ul>
 
<ul><li>Prepares for seasonal product review meetings.</li></ul>
 
<ul><li>Shops monthly to compile market research to gain understanding of brand and stays abreast of trends both directional and at a retail level, including, but not limited to brick &amp; mortar and online research.</li></ul>
 
<ul><li>Maintains awareness of direction of other classifications in order to use knowledge and apply to bigger picture.</li></ul>
 
<ul><li>May prepare design tech packs.</li></ul>
 
<ul><li>May Prepare for seasonal product review meetings.</li></ul>
 
<ul><li>May attend development fit sessions.</li></ul>
 
<ul><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul> 
This position may be found in multiple brands. Some duties may vary from brand to brand. 
 
QUALIFICATIONS: 
 
<ul><li>High School or GED required; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred</li></ul>
 
<ul><li>1+ years&rsquo; experience in the apparel design industry</li></ul>
 
<ul><li>Strong sketching skills</li></ul>
 
<ul><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills with internal and external partners</li></ul>
 
<ul><li>Strong sense and passion for print, pattern and details that make the brand and product unique</li></ul>
 
<ul><li>Affinity for working in a team environment</li></ul>
 
<ul><li>Computer proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Excel, and Word</li></ul>
 
<ul><li>InDesign experience preferred</li></ul>
 
<ul><li>Solid understanding of Fit, fabrics, finishes and construction a plus</li></ul>
 
<ul><li>The ability to create or visualize an idea and produce a design by hand or using CAD a plus</li></ul>
