What will I be doing?
Working in a state of the art Call Center, making outbound phone calls to guests who applied to get a complementary stay at one of our resorts here in Las Vegas! Your job will be to call them, answer their questions, ensure they are qualified to take advantage of the promotion, and book their mini vacation getaway along with a timeshare sales presentation to see our beautiful timeshare resorts!
An outgoing and positive attitude is a must to be successful in this role!
Requirements:

Previous sales experience is needed and phone sales experience is preferred</li><li>

Role:
The Concierge's primary role is to assist in procuring bookings for timeshare presentations. From booking guests for shows,to executing marketing strategies, to providing excellent service, this position encompasses a spectrum of responsibilities. While an entry position, there are definite possibilities of advancement within the company for exceptional employees.
Requirements:
<h1 class="jobSectionHeader">RESPONSIBILITIES</h1><ul><li>
To procure bookings for timeshare sales presentations.</li><li>
To conduct face-to-face marketing presentations sharing the benefits of attending a vacation ownership sales presentation.</li><li>
Responsible for calling assigned leads (pre arrivals) for the purpose of scheduling In-house/ FL Tours.</li><li>
Calling In House Guests for the purpose of scheduling In-house/FL Tours.</li><li>
To pro-actively pursues eligible guests on-site to preview through direct purchase of a mini-vacation package.</li><li>
To complete required paperwork and data-entry accurately and completely for each package sale.</li><li>
To provides location-related guest service to resort guests and visitors, including directing guests to responsible resort services for specific resort information.</li><li>
To assist booking guests for shows to executing marketing strategies while providing excellent service.</li><li>
To complete a spectrum of responsibilities assigned by manager.</li><li>
To ensure the marketing process is adhered to once the initial training is complete.</li><li>
To maintain marketing results at an acceptable level as determined by management.</li></ul>
