</li><p></p><li><ul><li>Work with architects, design teams, and clients to identify their needs and create interior environments for new or renovated spaces</li>
<li>Select colors, materials, and finishes to appropriately convey the design concept and meet functional, maintenance, lifecycle performance, environmental, budgetary, and safety requirements</li>
<li>Assist clients with the selection of furniture, fixtures, equipment, and millwork, including layout drawings and detailed product descriptions; and assist in the process of pricing, procurement, and installation of furniture</li>
<li>Integrate the final interior design into the construction documents, including, but not limited to, room finish key/schedules, specifications, 3D model, and drawings</li>
<li>Coordinate and collaborate with other allied design professionals, product reps, and furniture dealers</li>
<li>Create and present interior design concepts and finish boards</li>
<li>Assist the firm as a resource regarding finishes and interiors industry standards and trends</li>
<li>Manage project schedules and budgets</li>
<li>Perform site visits and shop drawing review during the construction administration phase</li>

</li><li><ul><li>Develop strategies to promote and cultivate interior design services for existing and potential clients</li>
<li>Promote excellence in interior architecture through thought leadership and evidence-based design</li>

<ul><li>Develop/refine master specifications for interior materials</li>
<li>Develop efficient methods to document material selections</li>
<li>Maintain interiors library</li>

<ul><li><b>Experience</b></li>
</ul><ul><li><div><ul><li>Three or more years of interior design experience</li>
<li>Experience in healthcare design, furniture layout, or environmental graphics design is a plus</li>
</ul></div></li></ul><ul><li><b>Technical Knowledge</b></li>
</ul><ul><li><div><ul><li>Experience with Microsoft Office, Revit, and Bluebeam preferred</li>
<li>Experience with Lumion rendering software is a plus</li>
<li>Knowledge of commercial building codes and ADA guidelines</li>
</ul></div></li></ul><ul><li><b>Education &amp; Licenses</b></li>
</ul><ul><li><div><ul><li>Associate degree or bachelor&rsquo;s degree</li>
<li>National Council for Interior Design Qualification certification is not required, but the candidate will be expected to obtain certification</li>
