 Our pricing and tariff management team is expanding and we are hiring for multiple roles with varying levels of experience.
 
 
 
 
 
 These roles mainly include: data preparation, data analysis, modeling, model implementation, monitoring, strategic tariff management steps. Details of steps vary depending on the roles.
 
 
 
 
 
 You will join a diverse team of professionals and have the opportunity to work on innovative projects.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 &middot; Preparing and analyzing data with complex manipulations on big data.
 
 
 &middot; Design and create end-to-end pricing processes for individual products.
 
 
 &middot; Building Actuarial Risk Models, Price Sensitivity Models and Hybrid Models with Statistical Learning and Machine Learning methods (GLM/GAM/Regression, GBM, Supervised Tree Based Algorithms, Unsupervised Models)
 
 
 &middot; Work closely and exchange information with internal teams (Product Managers, Marketing, IT, Claims) to improve the quality of pricing algorithms and develop pricing strategies.
 
 
 &middot; Manage the tariff by reviewing and monitoring the impact analysis of prices, market, models, products by creating new KPIs..
 
 
 &middot; Following new publications and academic papers in the field of data science and actuarial pricing, conducting practical R&amp;D research and implementing well-performing structures together with IT.
 
 
 &middot; Develop tariff management strategies
 
 
 &middot; Creating reports and BI screens for all processes and ensuring their automatization.
 
 
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 
 &middot; Graduated from related fields of universities (Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial, Industrial Engineering or Computer Sciences) (Master's degree in related fields will be a plus)
 
 
 &middot; To be able to think multidimensionally and to have the ability to produce analytical solutions to problems.
 
 
 &middot; Practical and theoretical mastery of Machine Learning and Regression models.
 
 
 &middot; To have the competence to create and follow up analytical models
 
 
 &middot; Experience in insurance and/or data analytics.
 
 
 &middot; To have the ability to make presentations and tell a story with data.
 
 
 &middot; Advanced command of MS Office tools (especially excel)
 
 
 &middot; Experience in data preparation and analysis with at least one of Python, R, SQL, Knime, SAS platforms.
 
 
 &middot; Experience in WTW (Emblem, Radar) tools is a plus.
 
 
 &middot; Experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning libraries in Python and R languages is a plus (H2O, Pytorch, scikitlearn, etc.).
 
 
 &middot; Experience in BI tools is a plus (PowerBI, QlickSense, Tableu, etc.)
