 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 Experience: 5+ years
 
 
 Location: Bangalore (5 days WHO)
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:

 <li>
 Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to ecommerce platforms, retail operations, and customer engagement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and feasibility studies to support solution design.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with UX/UI designers, developers, QA teams, and product managers to ensure successful delivery of features and enhancements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support product backlog grooming, sprint planning, and UAT activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies in ecommerce and retail.
 </li>
 </ul>
 <li>
 </li>
 
 
 Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Retail OR Ecommerce domain
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
 </li>
