Responsibilities: - Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, including drafting legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence - Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support case preparation - Organize and maintain case files, documents, and exhibits - Coordinate and schedule meetings, depositions, and court appearances - Prepare and file court documents, including e-filing when necessary - Review and summarize deposition transcripts, medical records, and other discovery materials - Assist with trial preparation, including preparing trial notebooks and exhibits - Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel in a professional mannerRequirements: - Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate preferred - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environmentThis is an exciting opportunity for a skilled litigation paralegal to join our dynamic legal team.
