We work directly with customers who are passionate about car audio, and we&rsquo;re looking for technicians who truly understand real-world installations &mdash; not just theory.</div><p></p><div>
   <b>Requirements</b></div><div>
Proven, hands-on experience installing car audio systems.</div><div>
Practical knowledge of:</div><ul><li><div>
Amplifiers</div></li><li><div>
Subwoofers</div></li><li><div>
Speakers</div></li><li><div>
DSP (Digital Signal Processors)</div></li><li><div>
Factory radio integration</div></li><li><div>
Wiring and speaker enclosures</div></li></ul><div>
Familiarity with recognized brands such as:</div><ul><li><div>
Kicker, JL Audio, Rockford Fosgate, Pioneer, Kenwood, Sony, Alpine, JVC</div></li><li><div>
(or other equivalent brands)</div></li></ul><div>
Ability to diagnose installation issues.<br>
Advanced English and Spanish (spoken and written).<br>
Strong written communication skills for emails and chat.<br>
Own computer and stable internet connection.</div><p></p><div>
   <b>Responsibilities</b></div><div>
Respond to technical support emails and/or calls.</div><div>
Assist customers with:</div><ul><li><div>
Equipment compatibility</div></li><li><div>
Installation guidance</div></li><li><div>
Basic setup</div></li><li><div>
Troubleshooting and problem resolution</div></li></ul><div>
Maintain clear, professional, and customer-focused communication.</div></div></div></div><p></p>
