Our production plant is located in Dilovasi, Kocaeli and we have an office in Istanbul Anatolian Side.  r both for our young and dynamic team.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Main Responsibilities
 
 
 
 &bull; Manages transformer projects from order to delivery, ensuring timely execution, profitability, and customer satisfaction,
 
 
 &bull; Coordinates with internal teams (design, production, planning, procurement, logistics, quality) to ensure smooth and efficient project execution,
 
 
 &bull; Tracks project milestones and follows up on their timely completion using ERP systems,
 
 
 &bull; Identifies potential risks or delays and proactively aligns with relevant departments to resolve issues,
 
 
 &bull; Maintains regular communication with customers, providing clear and consistent project update
 
 
 &bull; Supports invoicing and payment tracking activities,
 
 
 &bull; Prepares project closing reports, evaluating performance metrics such as profitability, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction.
 
 
 &bull; Conducts customer satisfaction surveys at project closure and ensures feedback is reviewed and acted upon.
 
 
 &bull; Reviews RFQs and prepares accurate technical and commercial proposals aligned with customer requirement,
 
 
 &bull; Leads the sales process from quotation to order, ensuring timely and profitable outcome
 
 
 &bull; Understands customer needs in depth and offers proactive, tailored solutions,
 
 
 &bull; Reports directly to the Director of Industrial Projects,
 
 
 &bull; Contributes to process improvement through lessons learned from completed project.
 
 
 &bull; Uses ERP systems actively for sales tracking, reporting, and target monitoring.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 
 &bull; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree
 
 in Electrical or Electrical-Electronics Engineering,
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Minimum 5 years of experience
 
 in project engineering, sales or management, preferably in the transformer or energy sector
 
 .
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Advanced command of English (written &amp; spoken),
 
 
 
 &bull; Proficiency
 
 in ERP syst
 
 ems and MS Office tools,
 
 
 &bull; Strong coordination, analytical thinking, and reporting abilities,
 
 
 &bull; Proactive, solution-focused mindset with strong attention to detail,
 
 
 &bull; Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
 
 
 &bull; Customer-oriented, collaborative team player with a structured and responsible work approach.
