 Purchasing
 
 
 Engineer
 
 for our young and dynamic team, located in Dilovas&inodot;, Kocaeli Plant.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Job Description:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Managing the procurement processes of raw materials, semi-finished products, and technical equipment used in transformer production,
 </li>
 <li>
 Tracking ordered materials,
 </li>
 <li>
 Selecting materials in line with technical specifications and evaluating the technical compliance of supplier offers,
 </li>
 <li>
 Collecting, comparing, and analyzing procurement quotations,
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicating with domestic and international suppliers and managing negotiation processes,
 </li>
 <li>
 Entering procurement data into the ERP system and digitally tracking the process,
 </li>
 <li>
 Evaluating supplier performance and proposing improvement suggestions,
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborating with R&amp;D and production teams to develop technical procurement solutions that meet needs,
 </li>
 <li>
 Working with the planning team on stock control and minimum inventory level management.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 General Qualifications and Skills:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor Degree oin
 
 Electrical, Electrical-Electronics, Industrial, Metallurgical, or Materials Engineering,
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings,
 </li>
 <li>
 
 At least 4 years of related experience
 
 in technical purchasing and similar field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experienced in ERP systems (preferably IFS),
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledgeable in supply chain management, cost analysis, and pricing,
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Advance Level of English (reading, writing, speaking).
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and negotiation skills, results- and solution-oriented,
 </li>
 <li>
 Experienced in working with domestic and international suppliers.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Preferred Additional Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Knowledge of transformer-specific materials such as steel, copper, oil, and insulation materials,
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of welded manufacturing, molding, CNC, or machining processes,
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with logistics and customs procedures,
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous involvement in global procurement processes,
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and persuasion skills, actively participating in documentation processes.
 </li>
