 The Aesthetic Technician is responsible for delivering excellent patient care first and foremost, ensuring proper
 
 
 execution of body contouring procedures according to policies and training, meeting key performance indicators, and fostering
 
 
 a spirit of teamwork.
 
 
 
 Duties And Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Embodies the Sono Bello Mission Statement and Core Values by ensuring our patients&rsquo; safety and experience are the top priority, working with integrity, continually evolving, learning, and collaborating as a team to create a challenging and rewarding culture.
 </li>
 <li>
 Executes and ensures strict HIPAA protocol.
 </li>
 <li>
 Achieves key metrics including monthly sales, upsell targets, and productivity goals. Practices good patient lead management, contact, and outreach practices as needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Reviews paperwork thoroughly prior to procedure to ensure current medical history, physical exam, current medication history, and other required elements are present.
 </li>
 <li>
 Performs treatments per company policy and procedure (provided upon hire and available thereafter).
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensures delivery of patient care in an environment that optimizes patient safety and reduces the likelihood of medical/health care errors
 </li>
 <li>
 Recognizes the need to elevate care to RN and/or Physician for resolution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrates knowledge of standard precautions, hand hygiene, transmission-based precautions, and personal protective equipment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Practices Quality Improvement measures according to QI policy and AAAHC guidelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Comprehends Sono Bello&rsquo;s electronic tracking tools and databases. Must be well-informed on updated content and materials therein.
 </li>
 <li>
 Establishes and maintains a secure knowledge and understanding of all policies, procedures, and associated forms. Policies, procedures, and forms are subject to change and an Aesthetic Technician must be current on all changes regarding forms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assumes responsibility for the successful completion of initial and annual training requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Attends and participates in scheduled clinic and corporate meetings including staff education, in-services, and clinic staff meetings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provides back-up support for other administrative staff as necessary.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Additional Skills And Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Laser Safety; Understands where lasers are being used and that access to these areas should be controlled.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be proficient in basic computer skills and utilization of MS Office Suite.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must maintain BLS certification.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to write reports and correspondence.

 Compensation Range: $16.54 USD - $20.67 USD
 
 
 Pay may vary by location, and actual compensation depends on factors like qualifications, experience, skills, and business needs. Sono Bello may adjust this range in the future. Full-time employees may also receive benefits such as incentives, equity, health coverage, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
