 is seeking a dynamic and strategic
 
 Corporate Events Manager
 
 to lead our internal and external events strategy &ndash; bringing high-impact experiences to life that inspire, connect, and drive business results. This role will oversee the execution of all corporate events, from intimate team-building moments to large-scale leadership conferences and awards shows.
 
 
 Reporting to the Director of Project Management, this leader will manage our in-house Corporate Event Planner and collaborate closely with Marketing, Field Communications, HR, and Executive Leadership to ensure our events align with brand goals, reinforce culture, and create memorable, high-quality experiences.

 Corporate Events Manager
 
 will be working very closely with our CEO to bring his vision to life.
 
 
 
 Essential Duties And Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 Event Strategy &amp; Execution
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead end-to-end planning and execution of high visibility events.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop annual event calendars and strategies aligned with business goals and company culture.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all events are aligned with brand standards and elevate team member and guest experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage small and large company meetings including, but not limited to, Senior Leadership Team meetings in Scottsdale or Field Leadership meetings in Salt Lake City.
 </li>
 <li>
 Own monthly meeting set up and execution at our Bellevue National Support office including, but not limited to, monthly huddles or lunch and learns.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Partnerships &amp; Vendor Management
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Negotiate vendor contracts, including venue, travel, lodging, production, and transportation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build strategic partnerships and long-term relationships with key travel vendors such as hotels, airlines, and travel providers to secure competitive rates and exceptional service.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage business relationship with Uber.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage external production companies, A/V providers, and d&eacute;cor firms.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Marketing &amp; Revenue-Driven Events
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to concept and execute revenue-generating events such as:
 </li>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead-generation activations
 </li>
 <li>
 Experiential brand campaigns
 </li>
 <li>
 Regional marketing events and trade shows
 </li>
 </ul>
 <li>
 Ensure events support business development, customer engagement, and brand awareness.
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Budget, Metrics &amp; Risk Management
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Own all event budgets; forecast and track expenses, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI.
 </li>
 <li>
 Evaluate event success through post-event reporting, surveys, and engagement metrics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify risks, develop contingency plans, and ensure compliance with safety and accessibility standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Own the annual AOP and event calendar for budgeting with CEO.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage fixed assets that we repeatedly use and store elsewhere (e.g., Sono Bello event signage or pillars).
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Team Leadership &amp; Collaboration
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage, mentor, and grow the Corporate Event Planner.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Facilities, Communications, Marketing, and IT.
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as a primary point of contact for executive leadership on key event strategy and logistics.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 6+ years of progressive experience in corporate event management, with at least 2 years managing large-scale events (500+ attendees).
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven success managing complex events (e.g., conferences, summits, or trade shows) from concept to execution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Budget management experience for programs exceeding $250K.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, problem-solving, and vendor management skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to travel and work occasional evenings/weekends as event schedules require.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strategic mindset paired with a hands-on approach to planning, execution, and problem-solving.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional negotiation skills and a track record of building trusted relationships with vendors, travel providers, hotel chains, and other partners.
 </li>
 <li>
 Composed and solution-oriented under pressure, with the ability to adapt quickly in dynamic environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly organized and detail-driven with a passion for managing complex timelines, logistics, and cross-functional teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with the Pacific Northwest event landscape (Bellevue/Seattle)
 </li>
 <li>
 CMP or CSEP certification a plus

 Compensation
 
 
 
 At Sono Bello, we believe that our team members are the keys to our success. The compensation range for this role is $89,253 to $111,539 depending on experience.
 
 
 Compensation Range: $89,253 USD - $111,539 USD
 
 
 Pay may vary by location, and actual compensation depends on factors like qualifications, experience, skills, and business needs. Sono Bello may adjust this range in the future.  Duties And Responsibilities

 Executes and ensures strict HIPAA protocol.
 </li>
 <li>
 Achieves key metrics including monthly sales, upsell targets, and productivity goals. Practices good patient lead management, contact, and outreach practices as needed.

 <li>
 Reviews paperwork thoroughly prior to procedure to ensure current medical history, physical exam, current medication history, and other required elements are present.
 </li>
 <li>
 Performs treatments per company policy and procedure (provided upon hire and available thereafter).
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensures delivery of patient care in an environment that optimizes patient safety and reduces the likelihood of medical/health care errors
 </li>
 <li>
 Recognizes the need to elevate care to RN and/or Physician for resolution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrates knowledge of standard precautions, hand hygiene, transmission-based precautions, and personal protective equipment.

 Practices Quality Improvement measures according to QI policy and AAAHC guidelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Comprehends Sono Bello&rsquo;s electronic tracking tools and databases. Must be well-informed on updated content and materials therein.

 Establishes and maintains a secure knowledge and understanding of all policies, procedures, and associated forms. Policies, procedures, and forms are subject to change and an Aesthetic Technician must be current on all changes regarding forms.

 Assumes responsibility for the successful completion of initial and annual training requirements.

 Attends and participates in scheduled clinic and corporate meetings including staff education, in-services, and clinic staff meetings.
