<div><div>The Senior Compliance Manager plays a key leadership role within Sonova Group&rsquo;s Global Compliance &amp; Ethics organization. This position leads and strengthens the healthcare and business compliance program across the AME region, with a primary focus on the United States, while supporting global compliance initiatives. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior management, this individual ensures Sonova operates with integrity, transparency, and compliance across its diverse business operations.</div><br>

<div><div>Responsibilities:</div>
</div>
<div><ul><li>Lead and enhance the compliance framework for the U.S. and AME region in alignment with Sonova&rsquo;s global strategy.</li><li>Implement and monitor compliance controls across medical device, retail, wholesale, and consumer channels.</li><li>Advise on key healthcare compliance laws and regulations including the Anti-Kickback Statute, FCPA, False Claims Act, and Sunshine Act.</li><li>Review and approve grants, donations, and transfers of value as a member of the Grants and Donations Committee.</li><li>Support internal and external audits, due diligence, and risk-based monitoring of third parties.</li><li>Lead and contribute to global policy development, risk assessments, investigations, and training programs.</li><li>Act as a compliance advisor to business leadership, supporting ethical decision-making and risk-based planning.</li><li>Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Excellence to embed compliance into business processes.</li><li>Design and deliver impactful training and communication strategies to promote a strong culture of integrity.</li><li>Monitor regulatory and industry developments (e.g., MedTech Europe Code, AdvaMed, UK Bribery Act) and assess business impact.</li></ul></div><div><br>

</div>
<div><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in <b>Law, Business, Life Sciences, or related field</b> (advanced degree a plus).</li><li>8&ndash;10 years of <b>compliance experience</b> in the medical device, pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare sector.</li><li>Deep knowledge of <b>U.S. healthcare compliance laws</b> and <b>global anti-bribery frameworks</b>.</li><li>Skilled in risk assessment, policy development, due diligence, compliance monitoring, and investigations.</li><li>Proven ability to influence senior leaders and provide practical, risk-balanced compliance guidance.</li><li>Exceptional communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills.</li><li>Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and project management abilities.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and compliance tools (SharePoint, LMS, etc.).</li></ul></div><div></div><div><br>
