<div>Job Title: Shop Technician 
Location: Thatcher, AZ 
Job Type: Full-Time 
Salary Range: $22.55-$45.99 hour DOE
Position Summary:
Technicians will perform service maintenance for CASE agriculture machinery and/or related equipment. Providing quality repairs on agriculture equipment in the shop environment.
Responsibilities: 
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues involving:
<ul><li>Engines</li>
<li>Transmissions</li>
<li>Hydraulic systems</li>
<li>Electrical systems</li>
<li>Structural components, including welding</li>
<li>Follow established OEM procedures and guidelines for all repairs and service tasks</li>
<li>Complete accurate documentation and service reports using basic computer systems</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following proper safety protocols</li>
<li>Apply safe and proper use of hand, pneumatic, and electric tools</li>
<li>Perform additional functions or duties as assigned by management to support dealership objectives</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of mechanical experience, preferably in construction or agricultural equipment service.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience servicing and repairing agricultural or heavy equipment</li>
<li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision</li>
<li>Solid diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems</li>
<li>Welding and structural repair experience is highly preferred</li>
<li>Familiarity with OEM service procedures and shop safety standards</li>
<li>Proficient with basic computer skills for job tracking and documentation</li>
<li>Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship</li>
<li>Must be reliable, punctual, and team-oriented</li>
