 Direct deliverables will include:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 End-to-end e-mail campaign management and coordination for Central, local e-mail, and automated campaigns using marketing automation tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan &amp; Execute CRM content operations for Global Scope across multiple countries
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic &amp; Complex targeting for marketing messages via Customer profiling &amp; audience building, understanding of data related practices
 </li>
 <li>
 Define &amp; Execute A/B test and present results
 </li>
 <li>
 Take responsibility in service improvement efforts
 </li>
 <li>
 Execute quality assurance activities for own / team&rsquo;s services on all deliveries.
 </li>
 <li>
 Planning &amp; Executing insight deliveries, such as survey creation and distribution
 </li>
 <li>
 Take responsibility in on-boarding of new members
 </li>
 <li>
 Support various communication activities within the organization for both internal stakeholders and Sony customers
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Relevant degree from a reputable university
 </li>
 <li>
 A Master&rsquo;s degree in BA or Communications or relevant business area experience would be a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in CRM, with a strong focus on
 
 email marketing campaigns
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Interest in the electronics and/or gaming market and Sony brand
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of the communications domain as well as relevant business processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of marketing automation including e-mail design, responsive HTML coding, SQL query building, tracking and analysis of results
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on Experience with marketing automation tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with
 
 Amazon Web Services (AWS)
 
 ,
 
 Salesforce Marketing Cloud
 
 is a strong plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in
 
 Microsoft Excel
 
 and comfortable working with data
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in customer segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign performance analysis
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in campaign coordination in digital channels (web, e-mail, mobile push, or paid media) is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Process-oriented and result-driven
 </li>
 <li>
 Attention to detail and precision regarding the operations
 </li>
 <li>
 Independent and proactive approach to work
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate with colleagues and stakeholders at various levels
 </li>
 <li>
 Desire to learn and achieve targets under pressure and tight deadlines
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work in a multicultural and international business environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Willingness to travel abroad when necessary.
 </li>
 <li>
 Military service shall be completed or deferred for at least 2 years for male candidates
