 attorney
 
 with a M&amp;A background to join its transactional business and legal affairs team.
 
 
 
 What You'll Do
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Draft and negotiate a range of transactional and commercial agreements focusing on M&amp;A-related and equity acquisition
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct and manage legal due diligence for potential transactions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with cross-functional teams throughout a transaction&rsquo;s life cycle.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive continuous improvements and scalability in deal processes, diligence and execution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Potential for additional deal work, including for joint venture agreements,distribution agreements, vendor/services agreements and licenses.
 </li>
 <li>
 Advise on various inquiries from internal business units, including contract research and analysis.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage outside counsel.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Who You Are
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 6+ years&rsquo; experience at a major law firm (preferably in IP or Corporate, with a minimum of 3+ years in M&amp;A)
 </li>
 <li>
 JD from a reputable law school
 </li>
 <li>
 Member of New York Bar in good standing
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent negotiating and drafting skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent analytical and communication skills (written and oral)
 </li>
 <li>
 Team player with an ability to work with others within group and across divisions
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly responsive and service-oriented attitude
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience independently negotiating complex business transactions
 </li>
 <li>
 Flexibility to assist the legal team in its activities as needs arise

 Content Creator
 
 will be a key member of our digital marketing team, working across the full AWAL catalogue of artists. Your main objective is to generate interest and ultimately streams for our artists. You will do this by creating and distributing engaging and sticky content on social media, driving dialogue about your content and the music connected to it. You will have the flexibility to identify the trends you are most excited about, create the content you think will most resonate and pick the music from AWAL that is the best fit. You will be responsible for strategizing on the best ways and places to distribute that content and for executing on that strategy. If you are looking for someone to tell you what to create and where to put it, this isn't the job for you. The only prerequisite for consideration for this role is that you are already creating and distributing content through socials and are deeply passionate about building a career in music. Someone who can come in and deliver on this mission will find unlimited opportunities for growth at our company. Role is based in the US but mandate is global, so no place to drive conversation about our music is off limits to you
