Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>
Ensure titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails are optimized for search and audience engagement.</li><li>
Research and apply best practices for YouTube SEO, thumbnail design, and video formats.</li><li>
Test, track, and document different approaches to improve discoverability and audience retention.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>
Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Data Analytics, or a related field.</li><li>
Strong interest in YouTube, creator platforms, and digital media analytics.</li><li>
Working knowledge of YouTube Studio and Google Analytics.</li><li>
Familiarity with metadata management and best practices for video optimization.</li><li>
Understanding of video file formats, aspect ratios, and upload specifications for YouTube.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>
Preferred Qualification:</b></p><ul><li>

This Spring 2026 Trainee position is from the January 12, 19 or 26, 2026 to June 26th, 2026 (start and end dates are flexible based on your schedule) and all candidates must be able to work 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday in the specified location. The anticipated base salary for this position is $22/hour. This role may also qualify for comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
