Job Title: International Sales Executive (US Process &ndash; Night Shift)Location: Noida Shift: US Shift (Night Shift) Salary Range: &#8377;30,000 &ndash; &#8377;40,000 per monthAbout the Role:We are looking for dynamic and goal-oriented International Sales Executives to join our US process. The role involves interacting with US-based customers, understanding their requirements, and providing relevant product or service solutions. Ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Make outbound calls to US customers to promote products or services.</li><li>Identify potential clients and generate qualified leads.</li><li>Handle customer queries and objections effectively to close sales.</li><li>Maintain daily records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM tools.</li><li>Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.</li><li>Ensure excellent customer experience and build long-term relationships.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Experience: 6 months &ndash; 2 years in International Voice Process / US Sales preferred.</li><li>Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.</li><li>Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English is a must.</li><li>Availability: Comfortable working in US night shifts.</li><li>Skills: Persuasive communication, negotiation, and customer handling.</li><li>Added Advantage: Prior experience in BPO / outbound sales / international process.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Attractive incentives on top of fixed salary.</li><li>Growth opportunities in sales and leadership roles.</li><li>5-day working with weekend offs (as per process).</li><li>Paid training and ongoing performance bonuses.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, FresherPay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
