We&rsquo;re looking for a creative and data-driven individual to lead our social media growth and digital marketing efforts across all channels.Key Responsibilities:1. Strategy &amp; Planning<ul><li>Develop and execute a comprehensive social media growth strategy across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and WhatsApp.</li></ul><ul><li>Plan monthly and quarterly content calendars aligned with brand goals and campaigns.</li></ul><ul><li>Identify trends, audience behavior, and opportunities for engagement and conversions.</li></ul>2. Content &amp; Creative Direction<ul><li>Work closely with the creative and video teams to develop engaging, viral, and thumb-stopping content.</li></ul><ul><li>Generate innovative campaign ideas to boost brand recall, reach, and audience interaction.</li></ul><ul><li>Lead influencer collaborations, contests, and community-building initiatives.</li></ul>3. Performance &amp; Analytics<ul><li>Set and monitor KPIs for follower growth, engagement rate, watch time, reach, and conversions.</li></ul><ul><li>Analyze data to optimize posting schedules, content formats, and ad performance.</li></ul><ul><li>Oversee paid media campaigns (Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads, Google) to drive traffic and sales.</li></ul>4. Job Title: Senior Social Media Team Lead Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced, strategic, and creative Social Media Team Lead to drive the digital presence of our brand and our clients across multiple platforms. This role is a dynamic blend of team leadership, performance marketing, client management, and platform growth. You'll be responsible for scaling the reach, engagement, and impact of our social channels&mdash;while ensuring alignment with content creation workflows that are unique to content-driven companies like ours.As a key player in our marketing team, you must have a deep understanding of how content creator companies operate&mdash;from viral content mechanics to audience engagement and monetization strategies. Your goal will be to lead a high-performing team and turn insights into action that grows our presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.Key Responsibilities: Platform Ownership &amp; Growth: Own the strategy and execution of social media growth across all platforms.
