Dispatcher &ndash; Soot Happens Towing &amp; RecoverySoot Happens Towing &amp; Recovery is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team. The Dispatcher will be responsible for handling incoming calls, coordinating tow truck drivers, and ensuring efficient and professional service for our customers.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Answer and document all service calls promptly and accurately</li><li>Dispatch drivers based on workload, location, and service type</li><li>Maintain clear communication between drivers, customers, and management</li><li>Monitor job progress and provide updates as needed</li><li>Ensure all dispatch records are complete and organized</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Excellent communication and multitasking skills</li><li>Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations</li><li>Basic computer and phone system knowledge</li><li>Previous dispatch or towing experience preferred but not required</li></ul>Schedule: Full-time including days, evenings, and weekends.Job Type: Full-timePay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekPeople with a criminal record are encouraged to applyWork Location: In person
