Position: Technical Lead -Power Apps</b><br>
<b>Experience 6-8 years</b><br>
<b>Location: Noida/Chennai</b><br>

Looking for an experienced Power Platform Engineer with proven expertise in PowerApps (Canvas Apps), Power Automate, SharePoint Online, and Dataverse. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Power Platform Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), including environment setup, deployment automation, and Power Platform Pipelines. The candidate will also play a key role in training and supporting citizen developers to adopt best practices in ALM.</p><p>
Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain PowerApps (Canvas Apps) and Power Automate flows integrated with SharePoint Online and Dataverse.</li><li>Implement Power Platform ALM best practices including solution management, environment variables, and deployment through Power Platform Pipelines.</li><li>Manage solution exports/imports and automate deployments across Dev, Test, and Production environments.</li><li>Work closely with IT admins and business teams to ensure compliance with Power Platform governance and licensing models.</li><li>Provide technical support for existing Power Platform solutions and work on new enhancements as well as troubleshooting issues.</li><li>Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, low-code solutions.</li><li>Explore and implement automation opportunities using Copilot Studio for chatbots and AI-based process improvement.</li></ul><p>
Required Skills and Experience:</p><ul><li>Proven experience developing PowerApps Canvas Apps and Power Automate Flows.</li><li>Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online lists, libraries, and permissions.</li><li>Good understanding of Dataverse schema design and relationships.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Power Platform ALM, environment variables, and solution deployment via Power Platform Pipelines.</li><li>Understanding of Power Platform Licensing Model and its impact on environment planning.</li></ul><div><br>
