Sales Development Representative &ndash; Fast Track to Enterprise Software Sales Career
What We&rsquo;re Looking For
At SOTI we&rsquo;re looking for individuals with a consultative approach to selling, who are inquisitive, ambitious, and intuitive learners. If you have experience in a retail environment, B2B or B2C selling, or customer service and want to take your sales career to the next level, this is the opportunity for you.
This is an outstanding opportunity where you will be playing a major role in the creation of a sales pipeline for SOTI. If you have a strong desire to work in technology sales in a fast-paced environment and you have an aptitude for learning new technologies, then after a year, upon your achievement of the assigned targets, this position offers an internal career path to join SOTI&rsquo;s Global Sales Team as an Account Manager.
What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>
Own outbound prospecting across the Middle East region, with a primary focus on Saudi Arabia, targeting CIOs, IT Directors, Heads of Infrastructure and Operations Executives within enterprise organizations.</li><li>
Aggressively penetrate new logo accounts through high-volume, high-quality cold calling, strategic email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and executive-level networking.</li><li>
Identify, qualify, and develop enterprise opportunities aligned to digital transformation, endpoint management, mobility, and IoT initiatives.</li><li>
Build multi-threaded relationships within target accounts to uncover active projects, budget cycles, and decision-making processes.</li><li>
Re-engage dormant and stalled enterprise opportunities to reactivate pipeline in strategic verticals (Retail, Logistics, Healthcare, Public Sector).</li><li>
Manage all prospective clients and opportunities in Salesforce, ensuring all communications are accurately logged and necessary documents are attached.</li><li>
Partner closely with SOTI Account Executives to transition qualified opportunities into structured sales cycles, ensuring strong handoff and deal acceleration.</li><li>
Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene within Salesforce, ensuring all activities, qualification notes, and account intelligence are documented accurately.</li><li>
Consistently exceed quarterly new logo opportunity and meeting generation targets.</li><li>
Articulate the SOTI ONE Platform Solution, values and capabilities to prospects through phone and email communication.</li></ul>
Experience You&rsquo;ll Bring<ul><li>
1&ndash;3 years of outbound B2B sales development experience, preferably targeting enterprise or upper mid-market organizations, previous experience in retail sales, customer service, inside sales, prospecting or equivalent.</li><li>
Pren track record of generating new logo opportunities through cold outreach and executive-level prospecting.</li><li>
Experience selling into Middle East markets, particularly Saudi Arabia, is highly preferred.</li><li>
Resilient, highly competitive mindset with a strong hunter mentality and comfort handling rejection.</li><li>
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English &amp; Arabic language</li><li>
Self-starter with high energy, strong discipline, and the ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.</li><li>
Strong organizational skills with disciplined CRM usage and pipeline tracking.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, performance-driven environments</li></ul>
