Compensation:
$240,000 - $260,000 yearly
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Conduct work that is compliant with office policies and procedures; safety, OSHA, and MSDS guidelines; and infection and infectious diseases control standards</li>
<li>Assess the patients&rsquo; overall dental health and look for presence of dental diseases, by thoroughly examining the patients&rsquo; teeth using diagnostic tools, procedures, and instruments</li>
<li>Seek consultation with dental specialists, such as pediatric dentists, orthodontists, endodontists, or periodontists when appropriate</li>
<li>Coordinate and perform preventive dental care treatments such as sealants, x-rays, flossing, fillings, and fluoride applications, and cosmetic dental services such as whitening when indicated</li>
<li>Manage dental hygienists, associate dentists, dental assistants, and administrative staff, and communicate with support staff regarding patient care plans</li>
</ul>
<ul><li>Work alongside our dental hygienists, multi-specialty Doctors, and administrative staff in composing comprehensive treatment plans</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Should be computer proficient</li>
<li>Possess strong bedside manner, and great communication skills</li>
<li>Advanced knowledge of dental standards and guidelines, public health standards, and dental medicine trends and advances is helpful</li>
<li>Board Eligible and/or Board Certified in General Dentistry</li>
<li>State license that is current, unrestricted, and in good standing</li>
</ul><ul><li>General Practice Residency (GPR)</li><li>
NYS dental license</li><li>
NYS resident</li></ul>
