The ideal candidate understands storytelling, visual aesthetics, and trend-led content, especially within weddings, luxury, and lifestyle segments.Key ResponsibilitiesContent &amp; Strategy<ul><li>Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars</li><li>Create engaging captions, reels ideas, carousel concepts &amp; story formats</li><li>Maintain brand tone, visual consistency, and storytelling style</li><li>Ideate viral content formats for Instagram Reels &amp; Shorts</li></ul>Platform Management<ul><li>Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube &amp; Pinterest</li><li>Daily posting, scheduling, and community engagement (DMs &amp; comments)</li><li>Collaborate with photo/video team for content selection &amp; curation</li></ul>Growth &amp; Performance<ul><li>Drive organic growth, reach, and engagement</li><li>Track insights, analytics &amp; performance metrics</li><li>Optimize content based on trends, hashtags &amp; audience behavior</li></ul>Paid Campaigns (Preferred)<ul><li>Run and optimize Instagram &amp; Facebook Ads</li><li>Lead generation campaigns for wedding inquiries</li><li>Retargeting &amp; audience segmentation</li></ul>Influencer &amp; Brand Collaboration<ul><li>Coordinate with influencers, wedding pages &amp; vendors</li><li>Explore collaborations, features &amp; cross-promotions</li></ul>Skills &amp; RequirementsMust-Have<ul><li>Strong understanding of Instagram-first content</li><li>Excellent caption writing &amp; hashtag strategy</li><li>Basic knowledge of reels trends, transitions &amp; hooks</li><li>Understanding of wedding / luxury / lifestyle content</li><li>Strong aesthetic sense &amp; storytelling mindset</li></ul>Good to Have<ul><li>Experience with Meta Ads Manager</li><li>Canva / basic design skills</li><li>Video understanding (reels pacing, hooks, thumbnails)</li><li>Knowledge of tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.</li></ul>KPIs &amp; Performance Metrics<ul><li>Engagement rate growth</li><li>Reel reach &amp; virality</li><li>Lead generation via social platforms</li><li>Follower quality &amp; consistency</li><li>Content performance &amp; insights reports</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Work with a premium creative brand</li><li>High-quality visual content to market</li><li>Creative freedom &amp; growth opportunities</li><li>Competitive salary (based on experience)</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹12,931.67 - ₹30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
