 Role and Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead daily accounting operations, including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations, and month-end close
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with IFRS
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee bookkeeping, documentation, and maintenance of audit-ready records
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and treasury activities
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare monthly MIS reports, variance analysis, and performance insights for senior management
 </li>
 <li>
 Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow planning
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist the Group Finance Manager in FP&amp;A initiatives and strategic modeling
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and enhance internal controls, accounting policies, and SOPs
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify process gaps and drive automation and efficiency improvements
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure tax compliance (sales tax, withholding, VAT coordination with KSA team)
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with operations, commercial and product teams to ensure financial discipline across the organization
 </li>

 Support KSA finance operations, ensuring alignment of processes between multinational teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise and mentor junior accountants
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop accounting documentation, dashboards, and SOPs for scale
 
 
 
 
 
 </li>

 Requirements:

 ACA / ACCA / ICAP finalist / CA / EMBA preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 5-8 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Audit
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in fast-paced environments (startups, retail or e-commerce)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of IFRS, taxation basics, and internal controls
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional command of financial operations and accounting cycles
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven process improvement &amp; automation mindset
 </li>
 <li>
 Leadership, team management, and cross-functional communication skills

As a Senior Backend Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems and microservices that power our products.  Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Node.js, TypeScript and Nest.js

 Work with MongoDB and PostgreSQL and ClickHouse for data modeling, storage, and optimization
