Overview Are you a compassionate, skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with experience in ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat/Facial Plastic Surgery) and a passion for facial surgery and aesthetic medicine? Do you thrive in a collaborative, high-quality medical environment where patient care and outcomes come first?Synergi Facial Surgery is expanding and seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to help elevate patient care across ENT, facial surgical support, and aesthetic/plastic procedures. We are a premier facial surgery practice known for state-of-the-art procedures, individualized care, and exceptional patient results. This is a part time position which consists of 2 days a week.Duties<ul><li>Interview and evaluate the medical needs of patients and provide medical services and treatment.</li><li>Assesses patient health by interviewing patients and performing physical examinations including obtaining, updating, and studying medical histories.</li><li>Recommend options and courses of action for patient care with regards to short-term and long-range patient care of facial and ENT issues.</li><li>Work closely with physician(s) to manage established patients and implement physician directives as appropriate.</li><li>Manage established patients and post-operative patients of collaborating physician(s).</li><li>Provide care relating to specifically ENT-related conditions, both acute and chronic, and facial plastic surgery patients</li><li>Assist with care of plastic surgery patients pre and post operatively</li><li>Triage patient care when necessary to ensure adequate health outcomes.</li><li>Instructs and counsels patients regarding their ENT health conditions and related issues.</li><li>Order and interpret diagnostic testing relating to ENT conditions and be able to create plan of care and management based on results.</li><li>Provides community of care by developing and implementing patient-management plans.</li><li>Work with variety of APPs and physicians to provide collaborative ENT healthcare for patients.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Licensed Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA)</li><li>Current and valid certification from a recognized certifying body (e.g. NCCPA, ANCC, AANPCB, etc.)</li><li>2+ years of experience working in an APP capacity preferred</li><li>Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and written communication skills</li><li>Problem solving and conflict resolution skills</li><li>Clear knowledge of evidence-based practice, patient care guidelines, and medical ethics</li></ul>Why Join Synergi Facial Surgery?<ul><li>Lead and grow an impactful clinical role within an established facial surgery and ENT practice</li><li>Support patients through surgical preparation, post-op recovery, and integrated aesthetic care</li><li>Work alongside double-boarded surgeons and expert providers in a respected, innovative practice</li><li>Be part of a team focused on natural results, patient trust, and cutting-edge surgical and nonsurgical techniques</li></ul>Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hourWork Location: In person
