Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning &amp; Management<ul><li>Lead and manage all project phases within approved scope, schedule, and budget.</li><li>Develop full project execution plans including scope, procurement, design coordination, cost, time, and risk management.</li><li>Ensure adherence to project timelines, milestones, and quality standards.</li><li>Oversee project close-out, snagging, and handover processes.</li></ul>Site Operations &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Supervise daily site activities and ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations.</li><li>Enforce company rules, procedures, and regulatory requirements on-site.</li><li>Coordinate with local authorities for inspections and issuance of occupancy certificates.</li></ul>Stakeholder &amp; Team Coordination<ul><li>Act as the company representative in all clients and project meetings.</li><li>Coordinate effectively between clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams. Lead, supervise, and evaluate the performance of site teams, subcontractors and labor force.</li><li>Ensure all projects daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports are reviewed and circulated.</li></ul>Procurement, Cost &amp; Commercial Control<ul><li>Review and verify technical aspects of vendor and subcontractor quotations.</li><li>Negotiate pricing and contractual terms with suppliers and subcontractors.</li><li>Validate subcontractor invoices based on completed site work.</li><li>Plan manpower, materials, and resources through detailed daily scheduling.</li></ul>Quality Assurance &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Ensure all site work meets the required specifications, quality standards, and design intent.</li><li>Conduct regular inspections and implement corrective measures where needed.</li><li>Provide timely progress reports and project updates to management.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR8,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
