Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee daily e-commerce operations and ensure timely order fulfillment.</li><li>Manage and optimize product listings, pricing updates, stock availability, and digital catalogs.</li><li>Handle customer queries and coordinate with sales, support, and logistics teams for quick resolution.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, platform performance, and operational metrics.</li><li>Develop and execute online sales and marketing strategies across the company's website and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.).</li><li>Coordinate with marketing teams to run SEO, PPC, and social media campaigns.</li><li>Monitor and analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and user behavior using analytics tools.</li><li>Lead the e-commerce operations team to ensure smooth order processing, timely dispatches, and optimal platform performance.</li><li>Manage returns, COD orders, reduce RTO (Return to Origin) rates.</li><li>should have the ability to manage and expand operations on overseas marketplaces.</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree.</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of proven experience in e-commerce or online retail operations.</li><li>Strong understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>Basic knowledge of order processing, product listing, inventory management, and popular e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).</li><li>Skilled in document filing, email communication, and record keeping.</li><li>Ability to coordinate effectively with warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams.</li><li>Strong analytical, communication, and team collaboration skills.</li><li>Experience in the retail or consumer goods industry is a plus.</li><li>Only local candidates from Ludhiana, Punjab will be considered.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
