<div>QUALIFICATIONS
Associates Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. While a degree in technology is preferred, we accept applicable certificates and/or experience as an alternative for this position. A minimum of two years related experience in the following areas is required:<ul><li>
Computer hardware and peripherals, such as printers, scanners, webcams.
</li><li>Software applications, specifically: Windows operating system, Office Suite, and managed anti-virus products.</li><li>
Windows Active Directory</li><li>
Local area networks (including wireless).</li></ul>
Additional required qualifications are:<ul><li>
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently within a team environment.</li><li>
Efficient end-user/first level system troubleshooting skills.
</li><li>Effective time management skills.
</li><li>Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal.
</li><li>Ability to thoroughly document processes/procedures which will be used by team members and other employees.</li><li>
Aptitude for providing excellent customer service.</li><li>
Must be able to determine end user needs in order to make recommendations for new or improved systems and products.
</li><li>Desire to stay up to date with the current technology trends.
</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license.</li><li>
Background check.</li></ul>
Experience in a banking environment is preferred.
